What is the criteria for enrollment?
Participants must have experience providing executive support as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Commitment to showing up on time, growth and development, completing the prep work for group coaching calls, and completing field work in between sessions is required.
​
When does enrollment begin?
Application for enrollment is ongoing with new groups starting throughout the year. If you don't see a program that works for your schedule, let me know what would work best for you!

When & where will the calls be held?
Depending on demand, there may be several day/time options to pick from. Refer to the schedule above for current options. All current programs are offered virtually so you can attend from anywhere you have a device and wifi connection.

What are the attendance requirements?
Full participation is encouraged for the optimum value of all group participants. That being said, all calls will be recorded and available exclusively to group particpants for review and for those that unfortunately have to miss.
​
How many participants will be in each group?
Individual group numbers will vary but there will be a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 per group to maximize the effectiveness of group coaching.

How can I ensure discretion and safety?

All participants will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a group coaching code of conduct.

Recorded coaching calls will only be made available on the online portal only accessible to the indiviual cohort.​
​
What is your cancellation policy?
If you're unable to start/continue after registration, let's chat about options that work for both of us. Within 7 days of program start, refunds are not available and will be credited to a future group coaching cohort opportunity.
