Coaching used to be reserved only for the C-Suite Executives. But we know that the most successful organizations are made up of leaders who contribute at all levels. Of course, the leadership coaching will benefit the Executive Assistant - in more ways than one can count! But honestly, what Executive couldn't benefit from the support of an Executive Assistant who was tapped into their strengths, confidence, and potential?

How do I know that coaching is right for me?

There's one way to find out! Try it out! I would never sign on a new coaching client unless that person had a true experience of coaching first and that is why your first coaching session is always complimentary. This isn't a "taster" or a mini sample like you get at Costco either. We are going to carve out 1-2 hours and we will dig into a real problem you're having or area you're stuck.
Executive Assistant Coaching
One on one leadership coaching to focus on identified goals and desired outcomes.
