Development
Investing in professional development empowers Executive Assistants to excel in their roles, adapt to evolving responsibilities, and make meaningful contributions to the Executives and organizations they support.
What We Don't Do
There are lots of courses and classes available that will teach EAs the latest tools, technologies, and administrative best practices. While we fully support EAs enhancing their ability to navigate administrative tasks, that is a service we don't provide. We absolutely will make some excellent recommendations if this is requested, however!

What We Do Great
The EA role is not a typical job. A great EA is often described as a "Rockstar", "Psychic", "Miracle Worker" or "Magician". However, there is nothing magic about it! To excel in this role you must be adept in the areas of emotional intelligence, healthy relationships, clear communication, fierce conversations, strategy, intuition, and anticipation. And don't forget integrity, curiosity, and a healthy dose of gumption!

Others call this "je ne sais quoi" and chalk it up to a mystery. We focus on developing these skills (and others) so EAs are not simply task doers but valuable strategic partners. Empowered EAs are clear on the vision so they are poised to focus on what is critical and ready to tackle challenges with confidence and resiliency. Also, they do not shy away from suggesting a course correction when needed.

Here are some ways we help to develop empowered EAs:
